Role Overview: Contact Support Group (CSG)
As a CSG professional, you will support Capgemini’s global customers by ensuring fast, accurate, and customer-centric IT issue resolution. The role involves working across multiple communication channels and leveraging data, tools, and AI-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via voice, email, chat, SSP, and BOTs
Perform ticket management: prioritization, categorization, tracking, and resolution
Deliver first contact resolution wherever possible
Troubleshoot issues related to:
Internet connectivity
Password or session reset
Profile-related issues
Use business intelligence and analytics tools for proactive support
Utilize CHIP, Capgemini’s AI BOT, to improve resolution efficiency
Maintain and use the knowledge base effectively
Ensure professional customer interaction from greeting to call closure
Support customers across industries like Telecom, BFSI, Healthcare, and Technology
Desired Skills
Excellent English communication and speaking skills
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-handling ability
Basic computing knowledge
Ability to work under pressure
Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
