🎓 Eligibility Criteria (Detailed)

To apply for Wipro WILP 2025, candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Education

  • 10th & 12th: Pass

  • Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA

  • Mandatory: Core Mathematics during graduation

  • Graduation year: 2025

• Eligible Degrees

  • BCA

  • B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, or Physics

• Other Conditions

  • One backlog allowed at the time of online assessment (must be cleared by 6th semester)

  • No gap allowed during graduation (must be completed within 3 years)

  • Maximum 3 years gap allowed between 10th and graduation

  • Candidate must be 18+ years old

  • Indian Citizen / PIO / OCI (Bhutan & Nepal candidates allowed with valid proof)

💰 Salary, Stipend & Benefits

• 1st Year: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI)

• 2nd Year: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI)

• 3rd Year: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI)

• 4th Year: ₹23,000 (Full-time role)

• Joining Bonus: ₹75,000

• Service Agreement: 60 months (joining bonus payable on pro-rata basis if exited early)

🧪 Selection Process

All eligible candidates must clear the following stages:

Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 minutes)

• Verbal Ability – 20 questions (20 mins)

• Analytical Ability – 20 questions (20 mins)

• Quantitative Ability – 20 questions (20 mins)

• Written Communication Test – 20 mins

Round 2 – Voice Assessment
Round 3 – Business Discussion

Candidates who clear all rounds will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI), followed by pre-skilling training, and finally the offer letter.
